Full Compensation Conditions. Compensation will be offered under the following circumstances:
a. Metallographic examination confirms that the failure of the shank adapter is due to material flaws or improper heat treatment.
b. The shank adapter breaks due to reasons other than improper tightening of the coupling or misalignment between rod threads and the adapter inside the coupling.

Fracture Analysis Disclaimer. For cases involving fracture, samples must be forwarded for technical analysis. If signs such as burn marks, tearing, or adhesion are found on the fractured area, it is considered a result of poor lubrication and will not be eligible for compensation.

Initial Failure Clause. If the first few shank adapters (typically the first three pieces) from a new batch fail in a similar manner shortly after use, users should immediately stop using the remaining items and report the issue to us or your distributor. We will arrange a prompt resolution, such as replacement. Gdrills cannot accept liability if this procedure is not followed.

Reporting Procedure. In the case of any of the above warranty-related incidents, the damaged product must be sent promptly to our technical team. A formal response will be issued within 7 working days, adhering to our standard evaluation and service policy. Distributors or agents are required to submit a written quality report from the end-user to initiate any return process.

Other Disputes. For any issues not covered above, the broken parts must be returned to Gdrills for examination. Both parties will aim to resolve disputes amicably through negotiation.

Liability Limitation. Except as clearly stated in this policy, Gdrills is not liable for any indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages - including but not limited to loss of business, data, or profit. The maximum liability Gdrills may bear will not exceed the total value of the specific contract under which the claim arises. This limitation remains effective even if prior notice was given or in any legal form including negligence or strict liability. These terms survive the expiration or termination of any agreement. Legal claims must be filed within one year of the incident. No Gdrills employee or agent is authorized to offer any warranty beyond the scope of this document. Descriptive materials like charts or catalogs are not to be interpreted as warranties.
