Production Process Of Drill Pipe
A: Incoming inspection of raw material tube body → Thickening of tube end → Full-length tempering (quenching + tempering) → Straightening of tube body (thermal correction) → Full-length non-destructive testing → Tube end processing → Tube end detection → Tube body semi-finished product
B: Raw material inspection → Cutting → Forging → Rough turning → Quenching → Tempering → Fine turning → Non-destructive testing → Wire turning → Thread inspection → Thread surface treatment
C: Welding preparation → Friction welding → Coaxiality test → Weld annealing → Outer flash removal → Weld tempering (quenching + tempering) → Weld internal and external grinding → Weld testing (hardness/nondestructive testing) → Length measurement and weighing → Painting and packing
