We offer full compensation in the following instances: If metallurgical testing determines that failure of the shank adapter was due to flaws in raw materials or improper heat treatment. If the adapter breaks due to reasons not related to improper coupling installation or misalignment between thread ends.
2. Breakage Caused by Poor Lubrication
If a break occurs, the item must be reviewed by our technical team. We do not cover damages showing burn marks, tearing, or adhesion, as these indicate inadequate lubrication.
3. Issues With Initial Use
If the first few adapters used from a new shipment (e.g., the first three units) fail in a similar way during early use, please stop using the rest immediately and contact us or your local supplier. Gdrills will assess the situation and provide a solution, such as a replacement. We will not be responsible if use continues despite early warning signs.
4. Return & Evaluation Process
Customers should send the failed part to our technical team without delay. A written evaluation will be provided within seven business days. For any returns, agents or dealers must provide a formal end-user report describing the quality issue.
5. Dispute Resolution
If there are disagreements outside the above-listed situations, the remaining portion of the damaged adapter must be sent to Gdrills for analysis. We will work toward resolution through mutual discussion and cooperation.
6. Limitation of Responsibility
Unless clearly stated otherwise, Gdrills shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages - including business interruption, lost profits, or data loss. Our maximum financial responsibility will never exceed the value of the specific contract involved. These conditions remain valid even after a contract ends. Any legal claims must be initiated within 12 months of the event.
No Gdrills employee or agent is authorized to provide warranties beyond those described here. Materials such as brochures or catalogs are informative only and do not constitute a warranty.
