DHD Down To Hole Hammer

Completely interchangeable with drill rigs and globally standard DHD series bits, guaranteeing smooth on-site integration without equipment modification.
General Introduction
The DTH hammer is made up of a cylinder and a piston that moves up and down. When compressed air enters the hammer, it drives the piston to strike the bit, creating the impact force necessary for breaking the rock. The down the hole hammer DHD is mounted at the bottom of the drill string, directly above the drill bit. Air is compressed and sent down the hole to activate the hammer.
The hammer then uses a combination of impact and rotation to break through tough material. It operates by delivering high-frequency, high-impact blows to the rock, making it suitable for deep-hole drilling.
Common DHD DTH hammer models include DHD3.5, DHD340, DHD350, and DHD380, each varying sizes and capacities depending on the requirements of the drilling operation. The DHD series hammers are able to drill holes from ￠90mm to ￠254mm. Hammer diameter includes 3 inch, 4 inch, 5inch, and 7 inch.
