QL DTH Bits

The "QL" referred to as a special DTH bit shank design. The QL series bits typically have a robust shank design that allows for a secure connection to the corresponding QL series DTH hammer. 

It can break tough formations like granite, basalt, or other hard rocks. The bit face design and construction are optimized for efficient cutting and reduced wear during operations.

1. Before 2/3 life time of any DTH button bit, if the shanks or bits bodies break or crush, Gdrills is responsible for replacing new one or issue a certain amount of credit;
2. For all spherical button bit, before 1/2 life time, if half or more than half of total buttons quantity break or drop off from the button bit, Gdrills is responsible for replacing new one or issue a certain amount of credit;
3. Gdrills disclaim any foot valves damages of DTH button bits, but if user can prove there is vital defect with foot valves, Gdrills will be responsible for offering new foot valves or resolve the problem in other ways.
4. For all oversized DTH button bits, Gdrills disclaims any warranty, the definition of oversized DTH button bits is as below:
5. For 3 or 3.5 inches DTH hammers, all button bits more than 100mm are oversized;
6. For 4 inches DTH hammers, all button bits more than 130mm are oversized;
7. For 5 inches DTH hammers, all button bits more than 155mm are oversized;
8. For 6 inches DTH hammers , all button bits more than 171mm are oversized;
9. For 8 inches DTH hammers , all button bits more than 292mm are oversized;
10. Gdrills refuse all claims resulting from drilling in fractured rocks or drilling in concrete.
11. When any 3 or more than 3 DTH button bits show quality problems in any single order or shipment, stop using and contact Gdrills , Gdrills will consider to replace all bits or discuss with users to resolve the problems.
12. Gdrills does not warranty carbide breakage of "Ballistic" (or similar ballistic shape, like "Parabolic" ,"Spike" or "Conical") style buttons. Additionally, Gdrills will not warranty any damage caused by this breakage. Because "Ballistic" (or similar ballistic shape, like "Parabolic" ,"Spike" or "Conical") style button bits have an aggressive drilling nature ,but not suited for all drilling conditions.
