Warranty
1.For any size of DTH hammers, usually only out tube ,piston, air distributor and back end subs are not consumables, so before 2/3 life time of DTH hammers, if out tubes, piston or back end subs break, Gdrills offer new spare parts to replace. For other typical consumables, like chucks, O rings, etc usually clients or users need to prepare some necessary quantities for daily maintenance use.
2. Gdrills only offer warranty against each DTH hammers within 280 days at most from shipping date, because some spare parts in DTH hammers may rust if the DTH hammers can not maintained or keep in a good conditions.
3. For any new DTH hammers, if it can not works, Gdrills is responsible for repair or help users to resolve, but if users have enough proof to prove Gdrills DTH hammers have vital defects, Gdrills is responsible for replacing new one.
4. For any DTH hammers under incorrect operation, including but is not limited to lack of lubrication, exceeding highest working pressure, Gdrills disclaims any warranties.
5. When Gdrills DTH hammers can not suit any standard and correct shank of DTH button bits, Gdrills is responsible for changing new correct chucks or new DTH hammers.
