If any of these parts are damaged within the first two-thirds of the hammer's service life, Gdrills will provide replacement parts free of charge. For standard consumables such as chucks and O-rings, we recommend users keep a stock on hand for routine maintenance.

Warranty Period.
Gdrills offers a warranty of up to 280 days from the shipping date for each DTH hammer. Please note that if the hammers are not stored or maintained properly, certain components may rust, which is not covered under warranty.

Initial Product Guarantee.
If a new DTH hammer fails to operate, Gdrills will assist with troubleshooting or repairs. Should the customer provide clear evidence of a critical manufacturing defect, Gdrills will replace the defective hammer.

Misuse and Operation Limits. Gdrills is not liable for damage caused by improper use, including but not limited to insufficient lubrication or exceeding the maximum recommended working pressure. Such cases void the warranty.

Compatibility Guarantee.
If a Gdrills DTH hammer is found to be incompatible with standard, correctly-sized DTH bits due to a manufacturing issue, Gdrills will supply a suitable replacement chuck or a new compatible hammer at no cost.
