Any warranty claim must be submitted in writing to Gdrills within 280 days from the date of shipment. Resolution of Claim Warranty claims will be resolved under the following conditions:

1. Documentation Requirements:

Detailed photos or videos must be provided to Gdrills, along with the purchase date and the information specified in Section 2 below. Claimants are required to retain the products in question until Gdrills has fully resolved the claim. Gdrills reserves the right to request the return of the products if the provided photos or videos are insufficient to determine the validity of the claim.

2. Claim Details:

The claimant must provide Gdrills with a detailed description of the issue, including:
The footage drilled by the product.
Air pressure used during operation.
Rock formation and drilling location.
For drill bits: the diameter over the gauge row and the width across the flats on the gauge row buttons. Additional relevant information that may assist in analyzing the claim is also requested.

3. Claim Approval and Compensation
Once a claim is approved by Gdrills, compensation will be provided in one of the following forms:
Replacement with new products.
Provision of specific spare parts.

A credit of up to the maximum amount paid by the claimant to Gdrills for the product. Gdrills retains the final authority to determine the type and amount of compensation to be issued.
