For all sizes of DTH hammers, the outer tube, piston, air distributor, and back-end sub are generally not considered consumable parts. If any of these components fail within two-thirds of the hammer's expected service life, Gdrills will provide replacement parts free of charge. For consumable components such as chucks, O-rings, and seals, customers are advised to stock essential quantities for routine maintenance and replacement during regular use.

Gdrills provides a warranty period of up to 280 days from the date of shipment for each DTH hammer. This is because certain internal parts may be prone to rust or degradation if the hammers are not properly maintained or stored in suitable conditions.

If a new DTH hammer fails to operate upon first use, Gdrills will provide repair support or technical assistance to resolve the issue. If the customer can provide sufficient evidence that the product has a critical manufacturing defect, Gdrills will replace the hammer at no additional cost.

Gdrills does not offer warranty coverage for failures resulting from incorrect operation, including but not limited to inadequate lubrication, operation above the recommended pressure range, or misuse of the product.

In the event that a Gdrills DTH hammer is found to be incompatible with the standard and correct shank design of DTH button bits, Gdrills will take responsibility for replacing the incorrect chuck or the complete hammer to ensure proper fit and function.
