5) Hole deviation. Insufficient rod rigidity, poor straightness after connection, and uneven rock hardness lead to hole deflection, reducing blasting and construction efficiency.
6) Flushing issues and rod jamming. Insufficient air or water pressure, cuttings buildup, or hole collapse cause poor flushing, accelerating wear and leading to jamming.
7) Short service life. Bad material, poor heat treatment, or mismatch with the drill rig result in short service life.
